Subscription-based products may be cancelled at any time through your account, where available, or by contacting our support team.

Cancelling a subscription will prevent future billing but will not automatically result in a refund for payments that have already been made unless required by applicable law or stated in your subscription agreement.

Access to subscription features will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Orders for website packages, mobile applications, business software, API integrations, plugin packages, SSL solutions, and maintenance plans may be cancelled before delivery begins.

If product preparation, configuration, activation, or delivery has already started, cancellation eligibility may be limited.

Any completed and paid-for deliverables will be provided to the customer unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

In certain situations, we may cancel an order or suspend access to a product. This may occur if required information is not provided, payment cannot be completed, fraudulent activity is suspected, or providing the requested product would violate applicable laws or our policies.

If we cancel an order before product delivery or activation has started and payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be issued.
